All value communications are grounded in comparable sales evidence and clearly disclosed as indicative assessments, not formal valuations.
Statement of Property Details (NSW)Where required under NSW regulations, a Statement of Property Details is prepared and provided at the time of entering into the Buyer's Agency Agreement so that you have all material information before committing to our service.
Cooling-Off and Dispute FrameworksYour rights under QLD and NSW consumer protection legislation, including any applicable cooling-off provisions, complaint handling processes and dispute resolution pathways, are all outlined clearly in your engagement documentation. We recommend seeking independent legal advice before signing any property contract.
